About the Role
We are seeking a Lead AI Business Consultant (AIBC) to join our growing team based in Abu Dhabi. This is a senior-level, strategic technical role for a thought leader with a strong background in AI and digital transformation. As an AIBC, you will engage with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders on high-impact AI opportunities and Proofs of Concept (PoCs), leading pre-sales conversations on the most complex and innovative AI-led solutions.
You will play a key role in defining solution strategies, addressing business challenges, and influencing commercial and financial models through your insights and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Define and communicate AI solution strategy, including industry use cases, PoC design, and post-sales adoption.
Collaborate with AI engineers and cross-functional teams to scope and deliver Proofs of Concept and strategic proposals.
Act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders across business and technology, including C-suite and engineering leads.
Lead client conversations around business transformation, digital innovation, and AI adoption.
Translate complex concepts into clear, impactful messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Track and anticipate commercial and disruptive technology trends in the region and beyond.
Represent the business through content creation, webinars, conference engagements, and industry leadership.
What You'll Bring
Proven ability to define and deliver strategic value propositions aligned to client goals.
Experience leading large-scale IT transformation or consulting engagements.
Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, data platforms, AI/ML, and cloud technologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, from boardroom to technical team.
High EQ and gravitas to navigate complex environments and build long-term trusted relationships.
A structured, analytical approach with a bias toward action and innovation.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
10+ years of senior technical sales, solution consulting, or architecture experience.
Experience selling to large enterprise accounts in a pre-sale’s technical role.
Deep understanding of AI, cloud, data, and cybersecurity technologies.
Knowledge of DevOps, SDLC, hybrid cloud, containers, and modern IT architecture.
Familiarity with GenAI and emerging technologies, including open-source and collaborative ecosystems.
Experience in fast-moving, high-performance environments with a focus on measurable outcomes.
