Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Amdaris is a consulting and delivery firm that helps organisations adopt data, AI, and modern engineering practices at scale. The CTO will own the company's technology and AI strategy, set architectural standards, and shape how those capabilities are positioned and sold to enterprise clients. The role sits at the intersection of technical leadership, commercial engagement, and market-facing thought leadership. This person will guide internal engineering culture while also acting as the external voice of Amdaris' AI and technology vision.

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term technology and AI strategy for Amdaris' service offerings, including capability roadmap, architectural frameworks, and innovation agenda
• Define how data, automation, AI agents, generative AI, and modern engineering practices enable client transformation and value creation
• Set architectural and governance principles that ensure quality, security, and long-term sustainability across enterprise-grade delivery
• Define scalable delivery frameworks, reference architectures, and solution patterns that support client services and commercial growth
• Lead high-impact presales engagements where AI strategy, platform modernisation, and product vision shape commercial outcomes
• Create narratives that connect client pain points to AI-enabled solutions and business value
• Translate emerging market needs, regulatory shifts, and technological inflection points into service offerings and consulting approaches
• Build close relationships with strategic clients to identify where AI, data, and modern platforms can unlock growth
• Represent Amdaris publicly as the external face of its AI and technology vision, including keynotes and advisory content
• Inspire and develop technical leaders and reinforce a culture of innovation and engineering excellence

Requirements

• Senior technology leadership experience at CTO, Chief Architect, Tech Evangelist, or equivalent level
• Background in a technology services, consulting, systems integration, or digital transformation environment
• Deep expertise in cloud, data platforms, modern engineering, and AI including LLMs, generative AI, automation, and agentic systems
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in complex enterprise deals and presales
• Exceptional communicator capable of engaging C-suite stakeholders, boardrooms, and public audiences
• Ability to simplify technical complexity for executive and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead technical teams with a collaborative, forward-thinking mindset
